returns and exchanges


We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but we understand sometimes things do not go as planned. If you are unhappy  with your purchase, we will offer a refund on most merchandise that is in new condition. All body products, vintage items and sale merchandise are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged. Please see " What items will you return?" section for more information.

To receive a refund: Your package must be postmarked for return within 7 business days of the delivery date of your original package. Once your return is processed it may take up to 3-5 business days to receive the refunded amount back to the card used.

To receive an online credit or exchange, your package must be postmarked for return within 21 business days of your purchase date.
Once your return item has been received, we will refund your payment and charge you for the new item. Shipping charges will be the customers responsibility unless the reason for return is Lifestock Goods error.  Please email us at hello@lifestockgoods.com and let us know what item(s) you would like and we will hold it for you.

To make returns go as smoothy as possible please follow the steps below:
-Reference our return policy above and make sure the item(s) to be returned meet all of our criteria.
-Contact us at hello@lifestockgoods and let us know what we can do for you.
-Next, pack up your item as carefully as possible. Items that are received damages from shipping will not be returned or exchanged.
-Include original invoice and a note telling us why you would like to return the item.
-Lastly, swing by your local Post Office, UPS or FedEx location to ship your package. We recommend getting a tracking number for your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
